FOOD COMBINING 101

“The winds of grace are blowing, raise your sail.” - Sri Ramakrishna

Food combining! What is it anyhow?
Basically, it just means eating your food in an order that allows your body to most easily, quickly, efficiently, and joyfully assimilate the vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and enzymes.

Said in English: If you food combine, you will feel lighter, and look lighter too. And you won’t have “those” digestive issues that you struggled with before (ahem!). A person eating the exact same foods but utilizing food-combining principles will lose 8-12 pounds effortlessly.

Taylor is an avid food combiner. She struggled for many years with digestive issues, and once she utilized food combining, they were gone (poof!). She teaches food combining principles along with how to create and live the best live ever to many consulting clients every year.

Food combining 101: try it today at the Café And notice how good/light you feel after you finish eating. Consume the lightest/fastest/easiest to digest foods/beverages first. Generally speaking, juice is the fastest thing one can consume. Then comes smoothies. Then fruit. Next are non nut-based soups. Then salads. Then nut-based soups, and finally everything that’s not just fruit/veggies–foods that contain nuts, seeds, grains, and dried fruits.

A sample well combined lunch or dinner looks like this:
*Juice
*Salad
*Prana burger
*Dessert

There, wasn’t that simple?
Please feel free to ask any of our Prana Raw Caf team members questions about food combining.
We are here to help you and teach you!
